Shipping & Delivery

Out the door and on the truck in 5 business days (orders are shipped from Minnesota). (Need it sooner? Contact us.)

Your order will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground shipping or United States Postal Service (USPS).

Please note that we can only ship within the Continental United States and that we cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Due to the size of the maps, expedited shipping is not available.

Returns & Replacements

Personalized Products

Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. You will have the opportunity to confirm your personalized order several times before completing your transaction to be sure that it is exactly the way you want it.

Non-Personalized Products

Unopened non-personalized products may be returned with your receipt within 30 days for a full refund.

We’ll credit your account if you paid by credit card — with no restocking fee. Simply call us at 1-888-821-0151 to notify us of the return and then return your purchase in salable condition with the original packaging and your receipt or packing slip. Any return without a receipt is subject to verification.
