Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. You will have the opportunity to confirm your personalized order several times before completing your transaction to be sure that it is exactly the way you want it.
Non-Personalized Products
With your receipt, unopened non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
We’ll refund by check if you paid by check, or credit your account if you paid by credit card — with no restocking fee. Simply return your purchase in saleable condition with the original packaging and your receipt or packing slip. Any return without a receipt is subject to verification.
